Advice: If you carry more than 25kg on the trek from Lukla to EBC, please allow at least 2 acclim days.
We had 2 nights at periche and 2 nights in Namshe. Only 2 of the 3 people in our team made it. LouPhi and Norbert suffered from altitude mountain sickness. Louphi from 4200m and the headache remained until the last day in EBC. Norbert had the illness only at gorak shep but was so hard he had to stop and turn back.
